Production Coordinator
Your New RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support an Entertainment team working across a diverse portfolio of creative and production-related projects. In this role, you will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support, helping project leads and creative stakeholders keep projects moving forward. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, taking meeting notes, documenting key decisions and following up on action items. You will also track milestones, deadlines, deliverables, risks and dependencies, while keeping project documentation, trackers, status reports and team repositories accurate and up to date. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting review cycles, feedback collection, onboarding of vendors and contributors, as well as presentations and status updates. The role also includes supporting workshops, team events and other production-related activities, with opportunities to contribute to improved workflows and ways of working.
