About the OpportunityWe are seeking professionals with hands-on expertise in industrial embroidery patch manufacturing and post-processing. This role involves sharing your expertise on patch production workflows, hot melt adhesive application, trimming techniques, equipment requirements, and scaling from direct embroidery to embroidered patches—or with potential to inform—how embroidery operations can expand into patch production. Your insights will help us understand manufacturing processes, practical challenges, equipment needs, and best practices for producing quality embroidered patches. This is a flexible consulting engagement that can be completed alongside full-time employment. Time commitment is based entirely on your availability and schedule. Relevant ExperienceManufacturing embroidered patches or post-processing embroidery in industrial settings.Applying hot melt adhesives or pressure-sensitive adhesive backings to fabric patches.Trimming and finishing sewn embroidered patches without damaging stitches.Operating industrial embroidery machines and understanding direct-to-garment versus patch production workflows.Selecting and managing tools, equipment, and machinery for patch production and finishing.Scaling embroidery production from direct garment embroidery to patch manufacturing.Understanding quality control, material selection, and production efficiency in embroidery operations. QualificationsProfessional experience or technical expertise in industrial embroidery manufacturing or textile production.Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in embroidery operations, patch manufacturing, or textile finishing.Direct experience with hot melt adhesive application, patch trimming, or embroidered patch production highly valued.Practical knowledge of embroidery equipment, tools, and post-processing machinery.Willingness to provide your professional credentials for verification purposes
