Project Controls Manager – Data CentreLocation: FinlandContract: Freelance – 12+ monthsOn-site: 5 days per weekStart: ASAP We are currently looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to join a major Data Centre project in Finland. Responsibilities:Lead project controls across planning, scheduling, cost and reportingManage and oversee the integrated project programmeMonitor project progress, cost performance and key milestonesOversee Primavera P6 scheduling and programme updatesManage forecasting, change control and progress measurementProduce weekly and monthly project controls reportsIdentify schedule and cost risks and support mitigation strategiesCoordinate with construction, MEP and commissioning teamsProvide project controls support through construction, commissioning and handover Requirements:Strong Project Controls experience on major construction projectsPrevious Data Centre experience preferredStrong Primavera P6 knowledgeExperience across planning, cost control, forecasting and reportingGood understanding of MEP and commissioning programmesStrong stakeholder and contractor management skillsFluent Finnish If you are interested or would like further information, please get in touch or send across your CV.
