RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?University degree (minimum 4 years) in Law, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.At least 3 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property (IP) policy and legal practice.Minimum 1 year of experience in IP-related work in the Western Balkans region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Serbia).Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Copyright and Related RightsPatents, Trademarks, Industrial Designs, and Geographical IndicationsTrade Secrets and Topographies of Semiconductor ProductsIP Enforcement and Anti-CounterfeitingIP Legislation and Policy AlignmentModernization of Intellectual Property OfficesIP Awareness, Commercialization, and SME SupportMinimum 1 year of experience in the implementation of international cooperation projects.English proficiency at C1 level or higher, plus proficiency in a regional language (Serbian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Albanian, or Macedonian) at A2 level or higher.
