Project Manager – Solution Quality Lead JD – We are looking for a Project Manager – Solution Quality Lead to drive quality processes and project delivery across connected solutions. This role combines project management and quality leadership to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard. 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Quality Management, Release Management, or similar roles. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification. Good understanding of software development processes, project delivery, and quality management practices. Experience leading cross-functional projects in technical or digital environments. Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence. Mandatory Skills – Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful delivery. Drive and improve quality processes, standards, and governance across projects and releases. Work closely with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Release teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. Identify quality risks and process gaps, and implement improvement plans. Facilitate quality reviews, audits, retrospectives, and release readiness activities. Monitor and report project status, quality KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality and delivery issues. Nice to have – Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
