The Project Manager oversees electrical projects from initiation to completion, including planning scope and schedules, coordinating resources, and managing budgets and timelines. Daily tasks include liaising with clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress, and resolving issues related to materials, logistics, and installation activities. The role also involves coordinating expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment, supervising inspections to confirm quality and compliance, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. The Project Manager supports risk management, ensures adherence to health and safety standards, and drives continuous improvement in project execution.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage supplier follow-up, delivery schedules, and material availability.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, technical compliance, and documentation of completed work.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and on-site material flow.Relevant experience in electrical, construction, or industrial projects, preferably in a project management or coordination role.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make informed decisions under time constraints.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with project management tools and basic understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in electrical projects.
