Project Management Specialist Position: Project Management Specialist Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $70 –$110/hour Location: Remote About the OpportunityThis opportunity is for experienced Project Management professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.You'll apply your real-world project management expertise to evaluate AI-generated project plans, workflows, communications, and other project deliverables for quality, accuracy, planning rigor, and practical feasibility.The role focuses on realistic project management scenarios involving schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and project documentation for quality and accuracy.Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, completeness, and stakeholder relevance.Review project scenarios involving scheduling, budgeting, staffing, procurement, resource allocation, and project risks.Assess whether proposed project plans are realistic, actionable, and aligned with business and operational requirements.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and impractical assumptions in AI-generated project management outputs.Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated project management content.Required Qualifications4+ years of professional experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a closely related role.Hands-on experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications across technical or cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.Ability to evaluate project deliverables objectively and provide well-reasoned professional judgment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.Excellent written English communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Additional InformationStart Date: Immediate.Expected Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks.Work Format: Remote and project-based.Initial Payment: The first task may be compensated on a task-based basis upon approval.Experts who successfully complete the initial task within the required timeline may then qualify for hourly compensation for the remainder of the project.CompensationCompetitive compensation of $70–$110/hour.Independent contractor engagement.Flexible, project-based opportunity.Application ProcessEasy Apply on LinkedInCheck Email for Next StepsParticipate in Resume Evaluation & Interview Stage
