Project Manager

Role SummaryLead delivery of the IxRS Observability Dashboard initiative by driving project governance, Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination across business, data engineering, observability, and data quality teams. The role will ensure timely execution, transparent communication, risk management, and successful realization of observability objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & GovernanceEstablish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.Coordinate activities across business, data engineering, Monte Carlo, and platform teams.Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions (RAID).Prepare and facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.Track progress against agreed deliverables and implementation milestones.Agile Delivery & Scrum FacilitationFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to manage backlog prioritization and refinement.Monitor sprint progress and remove delivery impediments.Support estimation, capacity planning, and release planning activities.Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.Ensure requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations are aligned across teams.Drive decision-making and escalate issues when required.Facilitate workshops and requirement review sessions.Delivery ManagementTrack execution of observability and data quality initiatives across IxRS data pipelines.Ensure dependencies between data engineering, dashboard development, and monitoring capabilities are identified and managed.Monitor deliverable quality and readiness for deployment.Support change management, communications, and adoption activities.Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries.Communicate project health, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.Maintain project documentation and governance artefacts.Drive transparency across stakeholders and delivery teams.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in data, analytics, or technology programs.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Experience managing cross-functional data and technology initiatives.Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsExperience with data engineering, data quality, observability, or analytics platforms.Familiarity with data pipelines and technologies such as dbt, Airflow, Talend, or cloud-based data platforms.Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated environments.Success MeasuresDelivery of project milestones on schedule and within scope.Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.Well-managed risks and dependencies.Successful Agile team execution and sprint outcomes.Timely deployment and adoption of IxRS observability capabilities
