Project Manager (Solar)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale utility solar PV project in Romania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from Notice to Proceed through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for successful project delivery.Manage the EPC contractor throughout construction.Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.Control project budget, forecasting and reporting.Lead project meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with Romanian regulations and permitting requirements.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Oversee health, safety and environmental performance.Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities.Monitor quality assurance and quality control processes.Manage change orders and contract variations.Report project progress to senior management.Support commissioning and project handover activities. RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.8+ years of project management experience.Minimum 3 years managing utility-scale solar PV projects.Experience delivering projects above 50MW preferred.Strong understanding of EPC contracts.Knowledge of Romanian construction regulations is advantageous.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Fluent English required.Romanian language advantageous.
