Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and/or French and English.Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the energy sector.Deep understanding of transmission and distribution system operations, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.Ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholders, including regulators, DSOs, and executive management.Strong facilitation skills to drive consensus and alignment at executive level.Ability to act as Product Owner for internal implementation tracks.Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment with regulatory, legal, and financial complexities.
