Project Procurement Manager

The position can also be based in any of our other offices in Finland. We offer flexible hybrid working opportunities. As a Project Procurement Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery. You are responsible for planning and executing procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from customer tendering and project kick-off to final delivery and close-out. Working closely with project teams, category management, suppliers, and business stakeholders, you ensure that projects have the right suppliers, materials, subcontractors, and services available at the right time, cost, and quality. Through proactive procurement leadership, supplier management, and risk mitigation, you contribute directly to project profitability, schedule performance, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction. Tasks and responsibilities:Lead end-to-end procurement planning and executionAct as the main procurement contact for project stakeholdersManage sourcing processes (supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, contracts)Ensure optimal total cost of ownership and savingsMonitor supplier performance and manage supplier issues, claims, and onboardingBuild and maintain key supplier relationshipsOversee purchase orders, deliveries, and logisticsEnsure accurate procurement data in ERP systemsIdentify and mitigate procurement risksEnsure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulationsMaintain proper documentation and audit trails Integrate ESG and sustainability into sourcing decisions and promote responsible supplier practices Requirements:Relevant degree (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering)5+ years of procurement experience in project-based environmentsStrong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to combine strategic thinking with hands-on executionFluent in English and Finnish Are you up for the challenge?
