QA / Test Manager with experience in Automation and AI

We are looking for a QA lead/test manager with deep knowledge of automation and AI who can take responsibility for coordinating and developing the broader testing work for the internal employee platform. This is to ensure high quality, stability and scalability in our solutions. In this role, you will be a driving force in establishing and developing our quality work, from test strategy and planning to operational test management and automation. You will be a key person ensuring that quality is built in early in the development process and that our solutions work seamlessly throughout the entire business flow. We are looking for someone who enjoys alternating between strategic work and operational implementation. You are equally comfortable defining test strategies and quality goals as you are planning, implementing and coordinating tests together with the development team and operations. Your responsibilities: Strategy and governance• Responsible for overall planning, coordination, testing and quality assurance for internal employee platforms - in relation to a larger program where several other test managers for different sub-projects collaborate• Define test methods, quality objectives and working methods to ensure effective and sustainable quality management.• Drive risk-based test planning and prioritize test efforts based on business criticality.• Ensure that quality, acceptance criteria and testability are integrated early in the Spec-Driven development (AI development according to SDD).• Follow up on quality outcomes, test results and areas for improvement over time.Operational test leadership• Plan, coordinate and follow up on testing activities together with development teams, product owners and operations.• Coordinating ongoing testing work, including test planning, test execution, deviation management and test reporting.• Ensure that testing activities are carried out according to plan and that risks are identified and managed in a timely manner.• Responsible for release readiness from a quality perspective. End-to-End quality• Have a holistic perspective on the business and system processes in which the DKP/internal employee platform is included.• Identify test needs, integration risks and dependencies across system boundaries.• Ensure that mission-critical flows are verified throughout the value chain.• Run and coordinate integration tests, system tests and acceptance tests as needed. Test automation and technology• Establish and further develop the test automation strategy.• Implement and maintain automated tests.• Ensure that test automation is integrated into CI/CD processes and delivery flows.• Actively work on balancing manual and automated testing for maximum benefit.• Contribute to the development of test tools, test environments and quality processes. Collaboration and skills development• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects and other stakeholders.• Support teams in issues related to Definition of Done, quality gates and testing strategies.• Coach teams in testing methodology, testable design and quality work.• Contribute to creating a culture where quality is a shared responsibility. Shell requirements• Several years of experience as a Test Lead, QA Lead, QA Manager or equivalent.• Documented experience in conducting testing work in complex system environments.• Experience in developing and implementing test strategies.• Experience in test planning, test management and quality monitoring.• Experience with test automation and automated test tools.• Good understanding of modern development processes and agile working methods.• Experience with CI/CD, version control and modern development platforms.• Ability to communicate with both technical and operational stakeholders.
