Quality Assurance Manager

Cornerstone Ireland are working in partnership with a Data Centre delivery partner on the appointment of a QA Manager to work on a data centre project based in Kirkkonummi, Finland. The client is open to negotiating a package that works best to secure the right person for the job. Key responsibilities:Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality controlEnsuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-siteGenerate project specific quality plans as per requirementsEnsure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policiesLiaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolvedSupervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on site staff for improvement to attain project feasibilityMinimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects.BS in Construction Management or EngineeringExperience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field softwareExperienced in personnel management, staffing and schedulingProcess driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes For a confidential conversation on how Cornerstone Ireland can support you with your next move, reach out to Chris Quinn today.
