The assignment will establish an objective view of the current system landscape, identify configuration, process, data, reporting, integration, security and compliance gaps, and provide a prioritised remediation roadmap. This assignment is diagnostic only. The consultant will not implement system fixes or configuration changes. Objectives• Process Alignment: Assess and evaluate core HR, absence, performance, and all Canopy HRISmodules, including data management and workflows, against organisational requirements.• System Efficiency: Identify configuration bottlenecks, duplication, and control gaps in the currentsetup.• Compliance & Accuracy: Evaluate whether absence configurations, core HR rules, and reportingcomply with country-specific regulatory requirements.• Current Assessment & System Landscape Map: Document the current pain points,configuration issues, policy misalignments and system gaps, including developing a visualdiagram of Canopy HRIS and its connection with data flows and integration points.
