Runtime Engineer 📍 Stockholm or Helsingborg, Sweden We’re looking for someone who likes solving problems that happen in the real world. Our POS platform is used by thousands of merchants every day. When something goes wrong, it matters. A slow system matters. A failed deployment matters. A service that goes down matters. We’re looking for someone who is technically curious, driven and interested in understanding how systems behave in production. You don’t need to know everything.You don’t need to be an expert in every cloud technology.But you should enjoy solving problems, asking questions and taking ownership. What you’ll do Build and improve the runtime environment for our servicesWork with Azure, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructureImprove monitoring, logging, alerting and observabilityMake deployments safer and easierInvestigate incidents and find ways to prevent them from happening againAutomate repetitive operational workWork closely with Software Engineers to improve reliability and performanceUse AI tools to investigate, troubleshoot, automate and improve systems What we’re looking for A strong technical mindset and the ability to solve problems with technologyGood understanding of systems, infrastructure and how software behaves in productionStrong problem-solving skills and engineering judgementCuriosity about why systems fail and how to make them betterAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyInterest in making AI a fundamental part of how you workDrive, ownership and willingness to learnFluent in both Swedish and English Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, observability or distributed systems is valuable. Experience with AKS, RabbitMQ or .NET is a plus. You don’t need to know everything. We care more about how you think and learn than about matching every technology on the list.
