Job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresAchieve monthly and annually sales targetBe confident to develop and maintain strong relationships with every customer so that everyone receives a consistent and professional service throughoutHave strong organizational skills and ability to administer stocks in line with company expectationManage time wisely in a fast-paced environmentMaintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standardsMaintain correspondence with a list of established clients and develop new clients.

Profile

The Ideal Profile Will

Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in retail fashion industry

Excellent knowledge and expertise in Men's Fashion

Continuously maintain high standards, driven to succeeds and motivated to achieve personal and team goals

Have excellent team building and communication skills

You have at least 3 years' experience in luxury retail in a Menswear Department

Commercial mindset is key for you. You are digital savvy.

Service and entertainment are important for you to deal with each of your customers.

Fluent (spoken and written) in English & Swedish, any other language is a plus
