Role: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Location: Remote (EU Only) Length: 12 Months We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant to join an exciting Salesforce transformation programme.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Experience Cloud solutions. Key responsibilities:Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutionsGather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce functionalityConfigure Experience Cloud sites, pages, navigation, audiences and permissionsDesign user journeys for external customers, partners and other portal usersWork across sharing rules, profiles, permission sets and external user securitySupport integrations between Experience Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystemWork closely with Developers, Architects and business stakeholdersAdvise on Salesforce best practices and challenge requirements where appropriateSupport testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation What we’re looking for:Strong hands-on Salesforce Experience Cloud experiencePrevious delivery of customer or partner portalsStrong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service CloudExperience with Salesforce security and sharing modelsStrong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently within a transformation environmentExcellent communication and consulting skills
