SAP Data Migration Lead Location: Remote (Germany/ Europe ) with occasional travel to the officeContract positionLanguage - Good professional/Native German Speaker required The role focuses on:Leading the SAP Data Migration workstream through mock conversions to go-liveStrong SAP FI/FI-AA and Asset Accounting migration experienceData quality, reconciliation, validation, and migration testingCoordinating business, finance, functional, and technical migration teamsWorking with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and custom migration solutionsSupporting cutover readiness and go-live preparation Must-have: Extensive SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experienceStrong SAP FI/Finance backgroundStrong SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA) experienceProven Data Migration Lead/Migration Manager experienceExperience leading migration through mock cycles - testing - cutover - go-liveExperience with master + transactional data migrationStrong experience in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and sign-offExperience coordinating business, functional, finance and technical teamsExperience managing/steering offshore migration teamsExperience with complex SAP transformation/Greenfield implementationsAbility to understand and resolve migration issues from a functional SAP perspective, rather than being purely technical
