Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end OTC processes. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality SAP solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead key phases of S/4HANA programs, including solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs and global rollouts. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes including: Sales Order Management; Pricing & Billing; Delivery & Shipping; Returns & Intercompany processesDrive blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design aligned to business requirementsCollaborate with business stakeholders to align solution with business objectivesEnsure compliance with GxP, data privacy, and audit requirements where applicable. About you You are a driven SAP professional with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash and a proven track record in S/4HANA implementations. You excel in fast-paced, client-facing environments, effectively engaging stakeholders and translating business needs into practical SAP solutions. With strong leadership experience, you manage cross-functional teams and coordinate seamlessly across onsite and offshore resources. Your structured, proactive approach, combined with excellent communication skills, enables you to influence decisions and drive successful project outcomes. QualificationsOverall, 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Order to Cash flow in leading implementation, rollout engagements.Experience at least 1-2 implementation project experience in S/4 HANA O2C moduleLeading the design of S/4HANA O2C processes (sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and intercompany scenarios)Experience in integration between SAP SD/OTC with other SAP Modules like EWM, MM, TM, and 3rd party systemsLead build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hyper care activities in S/4HANA programsExperienced in managing the team with effective onsite/offsite coordination in a customer-facing roleExpertise in validating the design prepared by 3rd party vendor and capable of providing resolution according to the current business needs.
