SAP Retail Supply Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Supply Functional Consultant based in Europe to join our growing SAP Retail and Supply Chain consulting practice. This is a client-facing role supporting major retail transformation initiatives for North American organizations, requiring availability during North America business hours. You will play a key role in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions that optimize supply chain performance, inventory management, procurement operations, and store replenishment processes within a modern store-based operating model. Requirements:Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant within retail and supply chain environments.Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail. Strong knowledge of:ProcurementInventory ManagementPhysical Inventory / Stock CountsStore ReplenishmentRetail Supply Chain ProcessesExperience supporting and optimizing store-based operating models.Strong understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain operations.Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote and international consulting environment.Willingness and flexibility to work North America business hours.
