System: SAP S/4 HANAExperience: 4-5 Years minimum Job Posting Title: SAP Expert Sales and Logistic – Aftersales Job Description SummaryAs the SAP Expert Sales and Logistic for Aftersales, you will work with the relevant DT Business Partner and business stakeholders, implementing all the agreed changes and improvements in existing and future applications. You will promote business efficiency analysis and propose digitization projects. You will coordinate and coach all business stakeholders and liaise with other DT team members, in order to complete all the phases of the digital transformation in a timely, cost effective and flawless manner, always ensuring continuous operations and best quality outcomes. Furthermore, you will be front-end user in partnership with DT BP into critical situations coming from day-by-day business operations, with aim of speeding up ticket resolution in collaboration with AMS operation team. Job DescriptionIn this role you will be responsible for:Filtering and analyzing Business Requirements.Supporting users in formalizing requirements, in addressing solutions and in designing the processes from DT point of view in collaboration with DT BP.Managing and leading specific tasks or stream within a project, by collecting requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress of each activity, training and production operations day by day support.Supporting users in project activities as well as in testing new functionalities and enhancements.Interacting with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.Interacting with SAP technical team for developing business requirementsInteracting with AMS system integrators with aim of training them on new capabilities developed and act as focal point in case of business escalations/urgencies to solveInteracting with 3rd parties/suppliers in order to design, test and provide support during Hypercare periodReceive Knowledge transfer from DT BP and/or 3rd parties What you need to SucceedExperience in Information TechnologySound professional experience (minimum 4/5 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and with advanced and articulated information technology environmentProven application experience or knowledge of main aftersales processes, preferred within home appliance industryBasic know-how on supply chain E2E process in Sales (Customer data management, Pricing management, Order management, Finance integration) and Logistic (Warehouse management, Carrier management)Knowledge of B2B/B2C channel modelsProven experience on front-end usage/implementation like CRM (preferred Salesforce), B2B, B2C portals or also in general custom applications SAP know how modules:Sales & Distribution (SD):Business partner master dataPricing (Conditions and Schemes management, VAT, Accruals, intercompany)Credit & CollectionOrder management (Direct (i.e. Dropshipment, MTS vs MTO) and Indirect (i.e. Services sales))ATP (ATP per MRP Area)Supersession (Material substitution)InvoicingIntegration with front-end (i.e. developing interfaces for pricing and order simulation) Logistic execution (LE-TRA):Delivery management in Inbound/OutboundCarrier integrationRoute managementFreight cost managementHandling unitShipment management Warehouse management (know-how of main principles behind WM):Integration with WMS systemKnowledge of inventory processKnowledge of internal warehouse process (Scrapping, Labeling, etc..)
