SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant – French Speaking - Freelance - 12 Months + - Remote - FT or PT We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to support an international implementation project. The consultant will play a key role in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, with a particular focus on French time management requirements and legislation. Key responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time TrackingProvide expertise around French time management legislation, regulations and country-specific requirementsPrepare, facilitate and moderate client workshopsGather and translate business requirements into functional solutionsSupport solution design, configuration, testing and deploymentWork closely with HR, payroll and wider project stakeholders Key requirements:Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time TrackingExcellent knowledge of French Time ManagementUnderstanding of French legal and regulatory requirements relating to working timeStrong workshop facilitation and client-facing skillsExperience delivering international SuccessFactors projectsFluent French and EnglishStart: Approximately November / December 2026Duration: 9–12 monthsCapacity: Approximately 50–75%, depending on project phaseLocation: Remote / European project environment If interested, please send a copy of your current CV to [email protected]
