SAP Test & Release ManagerWe are looking for an experienced SAP Test & Release Manager to join an international SAP Operations environment.This role combines Test Management and Release & Change Management, with responsibility for coordinating SAP releases, testing activities, change governance and release readiness across global, cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRelease & Change ManagementManage end-to-end change governance within SAP OperationsCoordinate SAP release planning and release cyclesCoordinate CAB (Change Advisory Board) activitiesAssess and prioritize change requests based on business impact, risk and technical feasibilityEnsure changes and releases follow established governance and ITIL-based processesCoordinate stakeholders across technical, functional and business teamsTest ManagementDefine and manage the SAP testing strategy and approachPlan and coordinate regression, integration and UAT testingCoordinate testing activities across different SAP teams and stakeholdersTrack, prioritize and drive defect resolutionMonitor test progress, risks and dependenciesPrepare test reports and release readiness assessmentsEnsure releases meet the required quality and readiness criteria before productionRequirementsProven experience as a Test Manager, Release Manager, Test Lead or similar role in SAP environmentsStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA / SAP S/4HANA CloudSolid experience in SAP Release Management and Change ManagementExperience with CAB coordinationGood understanding of ITIL-based Change & Release Management processesStrong experience in Test Planning, Defect Management and UAT coordinationExperience coordinating regression and integration testingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with international and cross-functional teamsFluent EnglishNice to HaveExperience with SAP BTP and integrationsFamiliarity with SAP Build or Cloud Transport ManagementBackground in manufacturing, robotics or industrial automationExperience working in global SAP transformation or S/4HANA programmesLocationHybrid | European UnionPreferred locations:Eastern EuropeSouthern EuropeEstoniaStart DateOctober 2026If you have strong experience in SAP Test & Release Management and are looking for an international opportunity, we would be happy to hear from you.Please apply with your updated CV.
