SCRUM Master - Pas-x MES (Manufacturing Execution System) rollout project - Contract We are a consultancy supporting a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client with a rollout of Pas-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Applicants can be located in Europe or Elsewhere Working across European time zones and this is a is a delivery-focused leadership role within the global MES SaaS Rollout Program. This hire will drive agile delivery execution, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the technical pod within the MES Program, working closely with manufacturing subject-matter experts, product owners, customer Tech & Digital, implementation partners, and the broader MES Program Agile Release Train. We need solid experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, or a GMP-regulated life-sciences setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, manufacturing execution systems, including batch execution, shop-floor workflows, and the interaction between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Digital/IT. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, A-CSM) or SAFe certification (SSM, SA, SP, SAFe Scrum Master). This role is central to driving agile delivery excellence within the manufacturing execution system experience (preferably PAS-X). The ideal candidate brings deep Scrum Master expertise, the facilitation skills to keep a blended team delivering at pace, and enough manufacturing domain knowledge to navigate the complexities of a GxP-regulated MES program Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Health Tech Manufacturing industry experience is essential Remote contract position on an initial 6mth project term APPLY TODAY
