Search Associate

We are an advisory and search firm for organization and leadership. We're looking for a Search Associate who fills our pipelines and builds our candidate database: when a search goes live, you find the people, approach them at volume and get the right ones into conversations. The roleYou own sourcing and outreach on every search. You find candidates on LinkedIn and well beyond it, approach them directly, run first calls and move the qualified ones into the process. Just as important: you build our candidate database. Every relevant person you talk to is captured, tagged and kept current, so the next search starts with a warm pool instead of a blank page. We work remotely and lean, so you plan your own week and report results, not activity. What you'll ownSource and approach candidates directly for every live search, at volume, every week.Run first qualification calls and move the right people into the process.Build our candidate database: capture, tag and update every relevant person, not just today's fits.Clean up and structure existing records so the database is accurate and searchable.Report weekly on approaches, replies, qualified candidates and pipeline status. What you bringTwo or more years of hands-on recruiting or sourcing with high outreach volume, agency or in-house.You find hard-to-reach people with Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other channels.Disciplined data habits: if it isn't in the ATS, it didn't happen.You work independently and keep momentum without waiting for instructions.English at a professional level (C1 or above), fluent German is a big plus.
