To complement our team of curious and innovative minds, we are now searching for a Senior Account Executive About this role As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle end to end. You take qualified opportunities and self-generated leads and turn them into closed, high-quality SaaS deals - driving measurable value for customers through our platform. You are not just running demos or following a script. You are a commercial operator who understands the customer’s business, builds a strong case for change, and ensures that what gets sold delivers real financial and operational impact The opportunityWe are building a SaaS platform that transforms how companies manage transport flows - bringing transparency, cost control, and sustainability into one system. Our customers use Logivity to optimize logistics performance, reduce emissions, and make better, data-driven decisions.We are scaling our commercial function to match the ambition of the product. This means a more structured, data-driven, and value-focused sales approach - where clear ROI, strong business cases, and long-term customer outcomes define success.We are looking for an Account Executive who wants to be at the center of that journey - not just closing deals, but helping shape how we sell and grow Core responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansionDrive new business through outbound prospecting and inbound leadsRun structured SaaS sales processes: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, and closeBuild strong, value-based business cases with clear ROI (cost savings, efficiency, sustainability impact)Manage and maintain a high-quality pipeline in CRMDevelop long-term customer relationships and identify upsell opportunitiesCollaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer outcomesContinuously improve sales playbooks, messaging, and go-to-market approach Customer segmentsShippers and industrial companies with complex transport needs3PLs and logistics service providersProcurement, supply chain, and finance stakeholdersCompanies looking to optimize cost, performance, and sustainability in transport Who you are To be successful in this role, you are commercially driven, curious and proactive. You are triggered by taking ownership of growing your pipeline, your deals, and your results. You are structured and driven by outcomes - not activity. You understand how to sell value, not features, and you are comfortable challenging customers to think differently. You also combine a hands-on approach with strategic thinking, and you contribute to a team where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand. Key capabilities & qualifications To thrive in this role, you need to have:3-7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (full-cycle, quota-carrying role)Proven ability to close complex, value-based dealsStrong skills in discovery, stakeholder management, and negotiationExperience from engaging senior stakeholders (e.g. Head of Logistics, CFO, Procurement)Data-driven approach to pipeline creation, management and forecastingExperience working in CRM systems Excellent communication skills in English Strong domain understanding in transport, logistics, or supply chain is highly valued and will be a key differentiator for success in this role. In addition, it is a bonus if you have: Experience selling platforms, analytics tools, or optimization softwareTrack record of building new markets or outbound-driven pipelinesWorked in an environment where commercial growth is built collaboratively across sales, communication and customer success.
