This role sits at the core of our client engagements, supporting end-to-end strategy delivery while working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders.You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact for our European Clients.This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Project DeliveryStructure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworksConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insightsTranslate data into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectivesDevelop executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and leadership updates2. Client Engagement & CommunicationInteract directly with client stakeholders across functionsPrepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagementsManage meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-throughCommunicate insights concisely and confidently to senior audiences3. Business Development Contribute to proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizingSupport pitch preparation and client presentationsParticipate in knowledge development and internal capability building initiatives What We’re Looking For Core CapabilitiesStrong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointAbility to synthesize complex analysis into clear executive narrativesHigh attention to detail with a strong ownership mindsetAbility to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Experience2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting and management consultingDemonstrated exposure to client-facing engagements and cross-functional project teamsPast project experience in Industrial Good, Private Equity, M&A EducationMaster’s degree or MBA in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fieldDegree from a top-tier university Finance background is highly preferred
