We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex business and IT initiatives for a leading client in Gothenburg, Sweden.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who can independently drive business analysis, manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.Position DetailsRole: Senior Business Analyst – Level 4Location: Gothenburg, SwedenWork Model: HybridStart Date: 2 November 2026End Date: 31 August 2027Duration: Approx. 10 monthsLanguages: Swedish & EnglishTravel: May be required Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business analysis activities across complex business and IT initiatives.Identify, analyze, structure, and document business needs.Translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements.Lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions and decision-making.Manage and align stakeholders across business and IT functions.Challenge assumptions and support effective scope and priority decisions.Ensure proposed solutions deliver business value and align with business objectives.Contribute to process improvements and improved ways of working.Work effectively within Agile environments.Required ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Proven experience independently leading analysis activities in complex environments.Strong stakeholder management and requirements management experience.Experience in process mapping and business development.Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills.Ability to prioritize and make decisions in complex and changing environments.Good understanding of Agile methodologies.Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.Relevant academic qualification or equivalent professional experience.
