Business Analyst / Stream Lead – IT Delivery & Migration- 6+ Year of ExperiencePlace of work- Södertälje Fluent in Swedish and English Role SummaryThe successful candidate will lead and coordinate all activities within the IT Delivery & Migration stream, ensuring delivery aligns with the target operating model, project plans, governance framework, and established ways of working. Requirements analysis Business process analysis Strategic and operational improvement initiatives Required Experience 6 + years in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead, or System Analyst Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs Experience coordinating integrations and migrations Strong test management and delivery coordination experience Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the IT Delivery & Migration stream Manage integrations, testing, data migration, and system implementations Drive cutover, go-live, and transition to support Coordinate business, IT, vendors, and project teams Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations Ensure requirements, testing, and delivery traceability Maintain project documentation and reporting Required Skills IT Delivery & Program Coordination Business Analysis & Requirements Management Integration Management Test Management (SIT, UAT, Integration Testing) Data Migration & Data Quality Cutover & Go-Live Planning Risk & Stakeholder Management Vendor & Supplier Coordination Preferred Experience SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro, or similar HR platforms HR or ERP transformation programs Payroll systems and payroll parallel testing Cutover and go-live management Supplier and vendor management Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum, ISTQB) are advantageous
