Senior SimCorp Consultant/ SimCorp OMS Stream Lead – At least 2 year Contract We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension OMS Stream Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end Order Management workstream within a major implementation programme.This is a senior, hands-on delivery position sitting between Front Office, Compliance, Middle Office and the technical implementation team. It is not a pure project-management role: the successful consultant must have sufficient SimCorp product and configuration expertise to challenge design decisions, identify delivery risks and ensure the agreed solution works in practice. Key responsibilitiesOwn the OMS workstream across scope, planning, design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover and early-life support.Lead requirements and design workshops with trading, compliance and middle-office stakeholders.Translate business requirements into effective SimCorp Dimension workflows and configurations.Drive design decisions concerning order management, execution workflows, allocations, compliance controls and STP.Coordinate with the Front Office Solution Owner, Project Manager and other stream leads.Lead and review the work of SimCorp consultants assigned to the stream.Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.Oversee testing strategy, FIX integration testing, UAT scripting and defect triage.Deliver stakeholder demonstrations and programme updates.Own go-live readiness, including cutover, rollback and early-care planning. Required experienceExtensive hands-on SimCorp Dimension experience within Front Office and Order Management.Previous responsibility for leading a SimCorp workstream or major implementation deliverable.Strong knowledge of order creation, routing, execution workflows, allocations and trade processing.Understanding of algorithmic/DMA routing concepts and external EMS or broker connectivity.Experience with FIX protocol and order-routing architecture.Knowledge of pre- and post-trade compliance workflows, including broker restrictions.Understanding of IBOR and Trading-to-Middle-Office processes.Experience across asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX, ETDs, funds and OTC products.Ability to review and challenge SimCorp functional designs and configuration.Experience leading system testing, integration testing, UAT and defect management.Strong stakeholder-management skills across trading, compliance, operations and technology teams. Highly desirableThree or more full-cycle SimCorp Dimension implementations involving OMS or Front Office.Knowledge of SimCorp integration components, message queues and APIs.Experience with party modelling and LMA management.Previous responsibility for cutover and go-live delivery within a large SimCorp programme.
