Senior Data & Analytics Engineer For our client, we are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to design and develop scalable data solutions using Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL. The role focuses on modern lakehouse architecture, large-scale data pipelines, and complex automotive datasets. Mode of work - Hybrid/onsiteDuration - 6 months + extensions Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modern Databricks Lakehouse solutions.Build and optimize batch and real-time/streaming data pipelines.Develop data models for analytics, reporting, and advanced use cases.Work with automotive data including telemetry, diagnostics, sensor, and connected vehicle data.Establish data engineering standards, governance, and data quality practices.Implement CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automated deployments.Collaborate with engineering, analytics, platform, and business teams. Key RequirementsSenior-level Data/Analytics Engineering experience.Strong hands-on Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.Proven experience designing Lakehouse architectures.Experience with both batch and streaming pipelines.Strong data modelling and data warehousing knowledge.Hands-on Azure and/or AWS experience.Experience with automotive data, ideally diagnostics, telemetry, sensors, connected vehicles, or complex engineering datasets.Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
