About the assignment
Responsible for ensuring end-to-end data readiness across the solution landscape by coordinating data activities between business, migration, applications and integrations. The role ensures that the right data is available, complete, consistent and fit for purpose throughout solution design, testing, cutover and go-live, while acting as the single point of coordination for cross-functional data dependencies and data-related risks.
On site work is required Tuesday to Thursday every week. Availability for on-site work

Description of competence
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, data migration, system integrations and ERP implementations. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive data quality and readiness, and manage complex dependencies across business and IT. Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
Required Skills
It is important to include both technical and soft skills to ensure that the consultant can meet the needs of the assignment.
Extensive experience with ERP implementations and data migration Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system integrations Strong understanding of ’data as an asset and modeling of data’ could be added. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and I Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance and master data management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage risks, dependencies and complex delivery environments Fluent in Swedish and English
