We're hiring: Senior Designer — on-site, StockholmEVL Keys are building a football manager game driven by a genuine love for the game, and we are seeking a Senior Designer to help shape how the whole game plays.You'll design core parts of Manager X alongside our Creative Director and the design team, turning a bold vision into deep, cohesive, player-first systems. From the shape of a season to the decisions that define a club, you'll bring senior craft and a sharp eye for what makes a management game sing.This one is for a designer at the top of their craft who loves football as much as they love design. If you can hold complex systems in your head, make them feel effortless to play, and you light up talking tactics, you'll feel right at home.
