Senior ERP Specialist

The roleAs Senior ERP Specialist, you are the functional owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across BICO Group. You are the primary bridge between business operations and the ERP support team, and you work closely with the Enterprise Architecture function to ensure the platform evolves in line with a coherent, group-wide architecture strategy. You bring both deep D365 expertise and strong business acumen, knowing which initiatives deliver real business value and prioritizing accordingly. What you'll doOwn the platform end-to-end: full accountability for availability, development, maintenance, and quality across the shared D365 instance (Finance, Procurement, Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Intercompany, and the full ISV landscape (Lasernet, ExFlow, Avalara, SEB integration)Lead ERP governance: active in governance meetings, act as gatekeeper for system changes, ensure process documentation is in place before any adaptation, and communicate changes proactively across all entitiesDrive the migration programme: lead or co-lead the onboarding of entities currently on legacy platforms, defining scope, aligning business processes per entity, and managing transitions with minimal operational disruptionOwn master data quality: set and enforce data standards for Customer, Vendor, Material, and Chart of Accounts across all legal entities; lead harmonization initiatives as new entities join the groupConnect the ecosystem: own the HubSpot–D365 integration (Azure Logic Apps / data contracts) and coordinate with data engineering on Dataverse, Fabric, Semantic Models, and Power BIEnable the business: serve as the primary ERP contact for Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, training users, and continuously optimizing workflows to reduce manual effort and operational risk What you bringMinimum 5 years of hands-on ERP experience, at least 3 specifically on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsDemonstrated experience configuring and operating multi-entity environments within a single D365 instanceExperience leading or contributing to an ERP implementation or migration project — not just steady-state supportHands-on with D365 FO modules: Finance, Procurement, Production, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and intercompany accountingExperience with ERP integrations — Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, or equivalent middlewareBackground in Finance and/or Supply Chain, preferably in manufacturing or life sciencesStrong business acumen with a focus on prioritizing initiatives that deliver real business valueUnderstanding of master data governance in a multi-entity group structureFluent in Swedish and English at professional level; German is a plus PracticalOn-site at BICO Group HQ, Gothenburg, SwedenOccasional travel to operating company sites for migration onboarding and governance workshops (estimated 10–20 days/year across European locations) BICO leverages a global portfolio of pioneering brands fusing automation, intelligence, and data to unlock scientific discovery at scale in pharma and biotech.
