We're looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support our General Manager for Northern Europe, serving as a trusted partner at the heart of the business and based on site at our beautiful new offices in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with the General Manager responsible for driving growth and strategy across the Northern European region. You'll help maximise leadership effectiveness by managing priorities, coordinating critical business activities, and ensuring seamless execution across meetings, travel, stakeholder engagements, and key projects. What you'll do: Partner with Senior LeadershipProvide dedicated support to the General Manager for Northern EuropeManage a complex and fast-moving calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectivesCoordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, meetings, and executive logisticsPrepare presentations, briefing materials, agendas, and executive communicationsTrack commitments, actions, and deadlines to ensure priorities are delivered Drive Coordination Across the BusinessAct as a key liaison between the General Manager and stakeholders across the region and global organisationFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, functions, and countriesCoordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, team events, and business reviewsBuild strong partnerships with Executive Assistants and business leaders across the company Support Strategic InitiativesCoordinate business projects and operational initiatives from planning through completionSupport activities such as audit coordination, stakeholder reviews, action tracking, and business documentationPartner with Facilities, IT, Security, Procurement, and other teams to deliver office and workplace initiativesHelp ensure projects stay organised, on track, and moving forward Deliver Operational ExcellenceManage invoices, purchase requests, expenses, and other administrative processesMaintain records, team resources, and organisational informationIdentify opportunities to improve processes and create more efficient ways of workingHandle highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and professionalism What you'll bring: 7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative AssistantProven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teamsOutstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidenceStrong diary management, travel coordination, and meeting planning experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solution-oriented approach with a natural ability to anticipate needs before they ariseExperience coordinating projects, tracking actions, and working across multiple stakeholdersHigh levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailStrong Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to explore how AI and digital tools improve the way work gets doneExposure to audits, compliance activities, office operations, or facilities projects is a plusFluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written is essential for this role Why Join Us?Does this role sound like a great opportunity but you’re not sure about making a move?
