But what we’re most proud of is the feedback we get from users: “I finally found someone who gets me.” About the roleWe are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team of 5 to help build the next stages of the Meela platform. You'll be working on features that directly affect how users find and connect with their ideal therapist - from onboarding flows to therapist matching logic and ongoing communication tools. Your work will directly shape the user experience for both clients and therapists. This is a hybrid role that is based out of our Stockholm office. What you’ll be doingBuilding modern, user-friendly frontend features with TypeScript and Solid.jsDeveloping robust backend services in Rust and shaping how our systems evolveCollaborating closely with product and design to deliver experiences users loveContributing to technical decisions that guide our overall architecture (we welcome all idea and voices!)Troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and optimising performance when neededStepping into different parts of the stack when required - startup life keeps things varied! What we're looking forAn experienced full-stack developer with a genuine interest in mental health and building tech that makes a differenceComfortable (and happy) working both backend and frontendExperience with Rust (either in work or personal projects)Good understanding of relational databases and SQL (we use Postgres)Strong background in TypeScript, ideally with some exposure to frameworks like Solid.jsSomeone who thrives in a fast-moving, iterative environmentA problem-solver who can work independently but enjoys collaborating with othersClear communicator who enjoys collaboration and shared ownershipMotivated by impact and purpose – not just code Hiring process1.
