Role SummaryAs our Senior Full Stack Engineer, your value is not measured by how fast you manually type syntax, but by your architectural judgment, systemic problem-solving, and ability to prevent downstream failures.Because our code generation is largely driven by AI, your core responsibility is to act as the primary architect and safety check. You must know when AI is making a radical architectural mistake, understand the full "blast radius" of code changes, protect mission-critical workflows (e.g., payments and auth), and collaborate closely with QA. ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Oversight & AI Steering: Direct AI agents (e.g., Claude) to rapidly build features while serving as the technical reviewer. Audit AI-generated decisions to prevent anti-patterns or structural flaws.Systemic Reliability & Blast Radius Control: Evaluate how new code impacts the entire product. Ensure zero downtime or breaking changes in critical paths such as Apple/Google OAuth, user management, and one-time or recurring payment processing.QA Collaboration & Testing Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with our QA team. Identify edge cases, advise QA on where regressions might occur when new code rolls out, and guarantee release stability.Advanced Feature Development: Lead major engineering initiatives, including building live video streaming architecture and developing real-time AI game-coaching features.Cross-Platform Delivery: Maintain and optimize our cross-platform web and mobile apps built using a unified TypeScript framework.Technical Customer Support: Assist with Tier-2 customer support tickets using AI tools to maintain aggressive SLA targets (<1 hour response time, <90 minute resolution window). Technical Stack & ConstraintsStrict Language Standardization: Core codebase is strictly TypeScript across both web and mobile platforms.Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS and Cloudflare.AI Integrations: OpenAI API models and custom AI agent workflows. Note on Python: Although Python is widely used in AI, we deliberately exclude Python from our operational engineering stack to maximize AI agent efficiency and accuracy. Requirements10+ Years of Experience: Deep background in web, mobile, and cloud software engineering.High Architectural Intelligence: Ability to instantly visualize system dependencies and predict what breaks when a component changes.Pragmatic AI Literacy: Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) alongside a healthy skepticism of AI outputs.Strict Quality Standards: Uncompromising attention to detail on sensitive paths like billing/payments and authentication systems.Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to take direct ownership of system stability without needing step-by-step instructions.Time Zone / Coverage: Located in time zones such as MENA, Europe, or North Africa to provide off-hours support coverage relative to the US market.Strong Asynchronous Communication: Proficient written English for async collaboration and customer issue resolution.
