Senior Human Resources GeneralistLocation: SwedenAssignment Type: Annually Renewable ContractContract Type: ResidentialWorking Program: Monday to Friday / 8 hours per day Job OverviewThe Senior Human Resources Generalist supports the execution of core HR operations, including onboarding, performance management administration, employee relations support, total rewards administration, employee mobility coordination, reporting, and offboarding activities. This role provides day-to-day HR support, applies HR policies and procedures, and helps ensure adherence to company standards. The HR Generalist partners closely with HR Lead, Site Administration, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support HR initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and ensure consistent execution across HR systems. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Talent Reviews:Support performance management processes, ensuring deadlines, system readiness, and data accuracyAssist with calibration and talent review sessionsRespond to performance management process and system inquiries in accordance with established policies and proceduresEscalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team members when neededInclusion & Belonging:Monitor participation and compliance with Inclusion & Belonging programsAnalyze standard Inclusion & Belonging reports and identify operational trends for escalationTalent Acquisition:Oversee operational aspects of the offer processes, ensuring compliance and data accuracyResolve onboarding issues as requiredPartner with Talent Acquisition and HR Lead to ensure smooth handoffs and executionEmployee Relations:Support employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and proceduresAdvise managers and employees on HR policies and proceduresTrack employee relations trends and escalate systemic risks to HR LeadPartner with HR team members to support employee relations administrationTotal Rewards:Support and administer complex compensation and benefit transactions within established frameworksServe as an escalation point for compensation and benefits inquiriesEmployee Mobility:Coordinate complex mobility cases, including documentation, system updates, and stakeholder communicationSupport employees with visa/work permit-related processes and issuesServe as an operational liaison with the Mobility COEEnsure compliance with mobility processes and data requirementsTalent Analytics:Support administration of learning and development programsMonitor completion of mandatory and role-based trainingGuide HR Generalists and Associates on training administration processesSupport Talent Profile administration and data qualityTraining & Career Development:Provide training and guidance to employees on HR self-service toolsMonitor completion of required training and follow up as neededSupport employees with development plans and Talent ProfilesUse reports and dashboards to prepare status updates for the businessRecognition:Oversee operational execution of recognition programsResolve recognition process issues and ensure timely processingProvide guidance to managers and HR team members on recognition proceduresStrategic Workforce Planning & National Content:Ensure job, position, and employee data accuracy to support workforce analyticsCoordinate National Content reporting and documentation where applicableOther Responsibilities:Act as a key member of the HR team, supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiativesCollaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent and effective HR service deliveryPartner with COEs on global initiatives to ensure operational readinessSupport process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and consistencyMaintain accurate documentation and ensure timely system updatesComply with HR systems, data governance, and audit requirementsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experiencePrevious HR generalist or operational HR role experience is preferredStrong working knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systemsExperience supporting global HR processes and stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and attention to data accuracyAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and managersAbility to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentialityExperience supporting employee mobility, immigration, or visa-related processes is a plus
