Senior IAM Delivery Lead Location: Remote - EUDuration: 12 months (view to extend) Languages: Fluent German Key Responsibilities: Delivery: Own delivery across multiple concurrent client IAM engagements, plans, governance, RAID management, quality assurance; ensure consistent delivery methodology and standards across the practiceClient & Stakeholder Management: Act as senior delivery escalation point for clients; build trusted relationships with client sponsors and steering committees; manage expectations, scope, and commercial conversations (change requests, extensions)Team Leadership: Lead, resource, and develop a team of IAM project/programme managers and delivery leads across engagements; manage bench/utilisation and staffing across projectsIAM Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, and identity governance to guide solution delivery and give clients confidence in the practice's credibilityCommercial & Practice Growth: Support pre-sales, scoping, estimating, and proposal input for new engagements; identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; contribute to practice capability and methodology developmentGovernance & Risk: Ensure delivery risk, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all client work; support audits where required Essential Experience: Proven track record leading IAM programmes/projectsStrong PM/programme management background (Prince2, MSP, Agile/SAFe, or PMP)Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements and delivery teamsExcellent client-facing stakeholder management and influencing skills, including commercial/contract conversationsAn understanding of IAM technologies and requirements (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk)Experience supporting pre-sales, scoping, or proposal development is highly desirableFluent German speaking
