The roleYou will be part of a close-knit team responsible for Group Business Control (FP&A) and Strategic Finance. Your focus is Strategic Finance: Investor and lender communication, cashflow and leverage outlook and financial analysis behind the decisions that create value across the group. The team covers both agendas together, so you are expected to be flexible and step into business control work when the calendar demands it.You will report to the VP Business Control and work closely with the CFO and CEO, as well as regional leadership and finance leaders across our markets.The role offers a path to broader leadership responsibility, including standing in for the VP during an upcoming parental leave. Key responsibilitiesInvestor and lender relations. You support the VP and management in owner and board reporting, and in maintaining strong relationships with our investors and lenders. You build the analysis and materials behind those conversations, and over time take a growing part in them yourself.Treasury and liquidity. Cash flow and leverage forecasting, covenant management, and initiatives that improve cash efficiency.Strategic financial analysis. Support the VP, management and the board with financial analysis, scenarios and benchmarking that guide key strategic decisions and shape our equity story.Long-range plan (LRP). The multi-year business plan that connects strategy, capital structure and value creation.Key finance-led projects. You lead group-wide performance and transformation work, from building the case to driving delivery with the regions. Your profile+4 years from management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or a comparable in-house role.Strong financial modelling. You build and own complex models.You communicate with impact. You turn complex analysis into a clear story and materials that hold up in front of the board and our investors.You work independently. Structured, commercially curious, comfortable moving between strategic questions and hands-on analysis.
