Senior .NET Engineer Greenfield Opportunity - Hybrid - Stockholm

Senior .NET Developer – Automotive – Stockholm I am currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join a well-established and highly stable company within the automotive industry, based in northern Stockholm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced .NET developer who wants to work on greenfield development, modern cloud technologies and systems that have a genuine impact on how the business operates. The company has a large and established IT organisation, with 50+ people across IT and around 15 developers, and is currently investing heavily in a number of exciting technology projects. The Role: You will join a development team working on a range of new digital solutions across the business.A major focus of the role will be greenfield backend development, building systems that support warehouses, workshops and the company's digital platforms. You'll be working on solutions that enable local warehouses to manage and order vehicle parts, as well as integrations between different systems and platforms. There are several ongoing projects, including work around Bluestone PIM and integrations, giving you the opportunity to work across a varied and modern technology environment. You will have genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to make a tangible impact within an established organisation, without being restricted to maintaining legacy systems. Key Responsibilities Build and develop modern backend applications using .NETWork on greenfield development and new digital solutionsDevelop and maintain cloud-based solutions using Microsoft AzureWork with Azure Service Bus and event-driven integrationsContribute to frontend development using JavaScript and ReactWork on integrations between internal and external systemsHelp develop systems supporting warehouses, workshops and e-commerceCollaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders across the organisationUse modern AI-assisted development tools as part of your everyday engineering workflowContribute to architectural and technical decisions as the team continues to evolve Requirements: We're looking for a senior developer with strong experience in modern .NET development.You should have: 5+ years of professional experience with modern .NET developmentStrong experience with .NET, ideally including .NET 10Strong experience working with Microsoft AzureExperience with Azure Service BusGood understanding of cloud-based and event-driven architecturesExperience with JavaScript and React.jsExperience working with SQL databasesA genuine interest in using AI to assist and improve software developmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsFluent Swedish Why Join?
