As an Senior Partnership Operations Automation Engineer, you will partner with the strategic partnership management office to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline complex workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enable proactive problem detection across our global partnership with Etraveli Group. Your expertise will empower the team to operate more efficiently while maintaining agility and precision, directly contributing to the success of a key business collaboration.

Required Skills: Proven experience with process discovery and business analysis, including workflow mapping and bottleneck identification.Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence administration, including project setup, workflow creation, custom fields, dashboards, and automation.Skilled in Slack API development, including bot creation, channel monitoring, and message parsing.Expertise in Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Script for integrating Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar.Solid scripting skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, with a focus on clean, modular, and well-documented code.Practical experience building applications leveraging large language model APIs (Claude, Gemini, or similar) for classification, summarization, and content extraction.Ability to operate autonomously, translating complex business needs into technical solutions, with excellent stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Jira-to-Jira integration tools such as Backbone Issue Sync, Exalate, or Getint.Experience with operational dashboard development in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other visualization tools.Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-based classification approaches.Data migration experience from spreadsheets to structured systems.Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor.Background in strategic partnership, alliance management, or large-platform environments. Preferred Education and Experience: Senior-level expertise with 5+ years of relevant experience in business automation, operational tooling, or technical consulting.Demonstrated ability to work independently, especially in ambiguous or evolving environments.Experience working in cross-company or partner collaboration scenarios, preferably within large-scale platforms such as Booking.com.
