Senior MEP Planner – Finland | Hyperscale Data CentreLocation: FinlandRotation: 10/4Salary: €6,500 NET per month (can be negotiated)Accommodation: Single occupancy providedTravel: Flights and any travel costs to and from Finland covered The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Planner to join a well-established European engineering and construction specialist working on a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland. The project is currently in the early set-up stages and is due to kick off around November/December, with the first phase expected to run for approximately 18 months.This is a long-term opportunity, with further projects across Europe available upon completion, providing the opportunity to continue working internationally with the business. The Role As Senior MEP Planner, you will be responsible for planning and programme management across the MEP elements of the project, working closely with the wider project and construction teams to ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements. Key responsibilities include:Developing and managing detailed MEP project programmesUpdating and maintaining programmes using Primavera P6Monitoring progress and identifying potential delaysManaging MEP sequencing and coordinating construction activitiesProducing programme updates and progress reportsWorking closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholdersSupporting mitigation and recovery planning where requiredEnsuring programme milestones and key deliverables are tracked About You5+ years’ experience in construction planningStrong MEP planning experience is essentialStrong Primavera P6 expertiseExperience working on general construction projects is welcomedExperience working on large-scale or complex projectsStrong understanding of MEP sequencing, programmes and progress reportingConfident working with project teams and multiple stakeholdersData centre experience is beneficial but not essential
