Senior PMO Manager – AI Transformation

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced PMO/Delivery Manager to support the Strategic PMO of an AI transformation programme. In this individual contributor role, you will establish practical delivery standards, strengthen PPM tooling and reporting, and develop capabilities across international programme teams.Your responsibilitiesObserve delivery practices during the first four weeks, then define status reporting standards, decision-paper templates and gate criteria.Configure the PPM tool and ensure every use case has a defined lifecycle stage, accountable owner and end date.Conduct data-quality and compliance checks to support consistent programme governance.Train stream teams on PMO standards and continuously improve processes based on feedback.Develop and maintain the PMO handbook, templates and knowledge libraries based on practical delivery experience.Design onboarding and capability development pathways and capture lessons learned.Collaborate with Strategic PMO departments, stream leads, delivery centres and IT tooling owners.Your profileAt least 8 years of experience in PMO design and operations, PMO centres of excellence or delivery excellence within multi-country programmes.Hands-on experience with PPM tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Planview or Clarity, complemented by Power BI reporting skills.Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field.PMP, P3O, MSP or equivalent certification, along with agile delivery experience.Strong expertise in process design, continuous improvement, knowledge management and stakeholder management.Familiarity with PMO maturity models, portfolio management and build-to-run handover.A pragmatic approach to standards that supports continuity and effective delivery.Training or coaching experience is an advantage.Fluent English.
