Senior Product Engineer - Semiconductor Testing

We are exclusively representing a pioneering quantum computing manufacturing equipment builder in receipt of significant investment to expand its product portfolio. This portfolio expansion is into various product categories, but specifically, cryogenic testing machinery is the current area of focus. They have an existing product portfolio that is delivering commercial success to the business already. They are seeking an experienced product manager to help further develop the existing products and push the envelope for new product development. This is a very visible role to clients and the Management Board of our client, so strong client-facing and internal presentation skills are required. A summary of the responsibilities is below: Customer Insight & Market UnderstandingCryogenic Test Strategy CreationProduct Roadmap, Definition & LifecycleManufacturing Partnership Business OwnershipCross-Functional Program Leadership A summary of the required experience is: Significant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong preference for test, validation, probing, or metrology (e.g., ATE, wafer test, final test, probe systems, or advanced test instrumentation).Proven product management track record in complex hardware or deeptech: products taken from customer insight through definition, development, and launch, with clear personal fingerprints on targets and trade-offs.Ability to crystallise product vision and concrete product targets from ambiguous, early-market signals, and to inspire and drive a cross-functional program toward them without formal authority.Masters or PhD Degree in EE, Physics etc is preferred, but not essentialWillingness and ability to travel globally when required to meet clients.
