We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-funded advanced technology organisation, working across digital delivery, product teams and senior stakeholder programmes. This is not a marketing role wearing a project-management hat. The core job is to lead complex projects from plan to delivery. Alongside that, you will occasionally help shape executive communications, stakeholder activity and major events linked to the organisation's work. The role Own multiple technical and digital workstreams, keeping scope, milestones, risks, budgets and dependencies under control.Bring Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, UX, business teams and external partners together around one realistic delivery plan.Use Jira and Confluence to create proper visibility - decisions, actions, release status and delivery health all in one place.Run Agile delivery in a practical way, using Scrum, Kanban or a sensible mix rather than ceremonies for the sake of ceremonies.Build clear KPI dashboards and leadership updates, turning delivery data into decisions.Translate technical detail into sharp presentations, executive briefings, web content and stakeholder communications.Support selected conferences, workshops, webinars and executive visits when they arise.Find opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve the way teams deliver. What you will bring7+ years in project/programme management, product delivery, technology operations or a closely related role.Evidence of delivering several initiatives at the same time in a technical, engineering or innovation-led environment.Strong Agile, roadmap and release-management experience, including Jira and Confluence.Excellent stakeholder skills - comfortable with engineers, customers, suppliers and senior leadership.Confident PowerPoint, Word and Excel capability, plus experience creating dashboards and performance reports.Excellent written and spoken English, good judgement and the ability to make complicated things understandable.A relevant degree is expected; PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or similar certification would be a bonus.
