Senior Recruitment Analyst
We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Analyst, known to us as a Talent Scientist, to enable our business to make the best decisions when selecting talent. You will monitor selection methods, design process efficiency automations, and run deep analysis to examine our hiring outcomes. Our Talent Science team ensures that our processes can identify exceptional talent efficiently and effectively. As a Talent Scientist, you will work closely with our stakeholders to drive hiring initiatives, automation and best practice. This is not a recruiter position; it's about the science of talent and performance, raising awareness and insights across the business so that they are able to select the best talent available from our global talent pool. What you’ll do Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights using SQL, ensuring the business displays exceptional decision-making in hiring.Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda, closely monitoring hiring activities and maintaining consistency in our operational processes.Review and streamline hiring processes, automation and tooling to drive continuous improvement.Conduct in-depth behavioural ‘talent interviews’ providing insights into motivations and behaviours.Monitor and evolve our go-to-market strategies to drive pipelines, ensuring our candidate experience upholds our employer brand proposition.Work with external providers, including job boards and psychometric assessment providers, to ensure we maximise our return on investment.Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this. What we are looking for in you 2-7 years experience working in a people-based function within the technology industry.Passion for embedding scientific approaches into how an organisation selects talent, with a viewpoint on how to predict and measure hiring outcomes.An exceptional academic background from high school and university, with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology-based subjectStrong analytical problem-solving ability, with a data-driven mindset to identify trends and patterns using SQL, with associated data visualisation skills.Experience conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews with good grasp on effective interview techniques.Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each. Nice-to-have skills Psychometric assessment, interpretation, validity and reliability metrics.Experience in sourcing talent, with outreach strategies.Experience in statistical significance testing and experience in Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML.Exposure to: LinkedIn, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset, Jira, AI hiring tools How we work We look for a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results, backed by self-motivation and drive.
