🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant – Nordics Dubai | Fully Remote Remote People is expanding in the Nordics, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us build and grow this exciting market.This is a 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition and delivering high-quality recruitment assignments. Your role:• Develop your own client portfolio across the Nordics region, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships.• Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers, understanding their hiring challenges and talent needs.• Generate new recruitment mandates through proactive business development, pitching our services and negotiating commercial terms.• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding the brief and sourcing candidates to interviews, offer management and successful placement.• Build strong candidate networks through headhunting, referrals and market mapping.• Become a trusted market expert, developing strong knowledge of the Nordics talent landscape, salary trends and key players.• Drive your own performance, manage your pipeline, set clear business development priorities, and take ownership of your revenue and placement targets while contributing to the wider growth of the team.
