Senior Sales Assistant

For our MANGO Gothenburg Frölunda Torg store, we are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Assistant (30h) to join our team. As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales performance while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will act as a role model for the team, providing guidance and support during daily operations, coordinating activities on the shop floor, and ensuring company standards are consistently maintained. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring all commercial and operational priorities are executed effectively.Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the MANGO brand values.Welcome, approach and assist customers, providing expert product advice and creating an excellent shopping experience.Support, motivate and guide the sales team throughout the day, helping to ensure excellent service standards and operational efficiency.Assist with the coordination of daily tasks and ensure the team completes operational routines effectively.Monitor the sales floor, ensuring the store is always well-presented, fully replenished and compliant with visual merchandising standards.Help drive sales performance by encouraging the team to achieve and exceed store targets.Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues, supporting the onboarding and development of new team members.Support stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy.Act as a key point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. What are we looking for?Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally with experience coordinating or supporting a team.Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.Proactive, organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to business needs.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
