Senior Sales Manager

X4 Engineering are working with a Notified Body based in Europe to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This position will be responsible for generating new sales of the Notified Body's ISO 13485, EU MDR, IVDR, & CE Marking services, and growing existing accounts. This roles will be remote with 40% travel to conferences, conventions, trade shows, and client sites across the DACH region. Compensation & Travel 80.000-110.000€ base salary + bonus & commission40% travel - DACH region (all travel expenses covered) Education & Skills Required 5+ years' Sales experience within medical devices / IVD / MedTech / Notified Body servicesDeep knowledge of EU MDR & EU IVDRStrong professional English & German language ability Candidates can be based anywhere within Europe for this role but must have full rights to live, work, and travel across the continent.
